If you're deciding to draw her, I'd first like to thank you so much, I'm sure it's gonna be great and I honestly, really can't thank you enough!!
This tab is mostly just to share details such as body shape, blood colour, etc. Please try to follow it, but I won't get mad at you if you don't!
Also note that this refers to her primary reference. If you're drawing one of her other appearances, you may ignore these completely, follow them anyway, or ask me.
Let's get started!
She is a mix between a Western Dragon and a Leopard Gecko.
First up is body shape. Adara has an apple body shape, meaning she has a wide torso and broad shoulders. Please do not mistake this for her having large breasts. Her breasts aren't really breasts at all, just raised bumps on her chest, no larger than an A cup. She also has thin arms and legs. Her legs are rather short, and her height (5'11") comes from her waist and torso. Her head is sometimes seen as too big for her body.
She has thin, pointed hands with long fingers. She has no fingernails, but she does have rather tough skin right where they would be that she paints sometimes. Her feet are a little small, with the toes very far apart, giving them a very wide appearance.
Most of her fat is on her torso and neck. Not much is concentrated in the thighs or butt.
Her wings are rather abnormal, making it nearly impossible for her to fly. They go out from her back in a simple curvek, and should be drawn with mostly curved lines. They are covered in a thick, leathery type of skin that feels rough to the touch. The blue skin between the "fingers" is thick as well, but easily injured. The spikes on the tips of her wings are very nubby and have a round point. They are very sensitive.
Her tail is based off of a gecko tail, though it's often stylized. It's very fat at the base and starts at the same height as her bellybutton. It is detachable, just like a gecko.
Her muzzle sticks out from her face in a way that is almost unsightly. It is rounded like an alligator. Her face is no perfect circle, nor a perfect oval. Her jaw sticks out behind her cheek. The jagged lines on her face each hide a tooth behind them, which, yes, means she doesn't have very many teeth. Her hair always has a flip, can be thick, and is shaved on both sides. It is naturally white, but she dyes the roots very quickly so they'll rarely be visible. Her horns are very sensitive, and get thinner towards the tip.
Her skin is thick and leathery. It doesn't hold water very well, but it hardly ever cracks. She has bumps on her neck and the inside of her hand like a leopard gecko's skin.
Her blood is a pale, white ish blue. The same goes for her tears and for her spit. The inside of her mouth is the same pink found on her horns. Her tongue is the same blue as her hair. Her teeth and bones are white.
