Tag is an unpredictable and rather psychotic stalker/serial torturer.
your typical overhyper and super edgy kind of character.
Originally based on a nightmare I had a ways back, Tag likes to keep their victims alive and well enough to feel pain and hear their screams.
Tag also has the ability to move their head around (since its detached) as well as peel their skin to reveal the muscles and blood underneath it (without any noticeable wince in pain or discomfort)
They tend to use these, along many other methods, of scaring their prey \o/
