PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
- Very tall (around 8'), very slender, could probably blend in with a small tree if she held still enough
- Always stands with perfect poise, looking regal
- Covered in short, dense fuzz, with longer and softer fur on most of her limbs
- In "disguise," she wears trendy clothing and speaks only in idle chit-chat about her extremely mundane interests
- She intentionally puts off fairly boring vibes as a strategy to keep people from spending too much time around her
- When working her other job, she's a literal killer queen who looks and acts like a domme
- (...because she is one, but that's not important to her job)
PERSONALITY
- Generally serious, not known for her sense of humor
- Values competence over people skills
- Pragmatic in approach to most things
- Detail-oriented, pays close attention to minutiae
- Prefers to keep her work separate from her personal life as much as possible (especially when her "work" consists of, for example, stealing priceless objects)
- In public, she basically plays a character to keep anyone from recognizing her as Queen Bee
- She's a seamstress who mostly makes alterations and repairs on people's clothing, but has made custom garments before and would like to start her own clothing line made of spiders' silk
- The personality she presents is that of the typical fake-enthusiasm suburban mom ("Ohh, it's so nice to see you! How've you been? How are the kids?")
- She intentionally gives off that "harmless, but I probably wouldn't want to talk to her for too long" vibe so there's no chance a customer will be standing there looking at her for so long that her species suddenly reminds them of that other golden silk orb weaver whose composite sketch they saw on the nightly news yesterday, oh my gosh Argine did you hear about that bank heist

- Has a soft spot for (read: absolutely devoted to) Ivey, but keeps it well under wraps (especially when "on the job")

- Getting fired up over tired narrative conventions and poking holes in bad stories with them

- The contrived misunderstandings don't entertain her, they infuriate her

- When things don't go according to her plans (applies to everything from "bribe the corrupt official" to "take Ivey to see a meteor shower")
- Especially when it's due to something she didn't foresee

PERSONAL INFO
- Married to Ivey; loves them very much
- Bi - mainly attracted to femininity, whether or not someone identifies as female
- Works as a fashion designer and seamstress (and career criminal, but we don't talk about that)
- Says "darling" way too much, tends to drag it out for maximum eugh
- Spins golden silk that may or may not be sticky, and makes great use of it

- Her and Ivey's hammock is made from a combination of both their threads (Ivey's is cribellate and Argine's is flagelliform)
- (Since they're spiders, neither of them actually sleep, but they do like to take some time to rest in the hammock together)
