Profile

Name: Omari I (changed his name to Craig 6000+ years later)

Age (in his human self): 34-35

Gender/Sexuality: Male, bisexual

Pokémon: Cofagrigus

Personality: Laid-back, seems to never care about anything (when he actually does when it is about him), actually intelligent but refuses to put effort in literally anything, still thinks that he is a king after so long, acts like a homeless person

Traits: Can revert back to his human self as a Cofagrigus, mask on his head (as a Cofagrigus) has a smile instead of a plain expression, has a prosthetic right arm and bandages wrapped around top left arm as a human

Likes: Scaring people for fun, eating koshary in front of Unovans (and laughing at them whenever they cringe at whatever he is eating), boasting about how he was once the "king of Unova" in front of others (while they stare at him and assume that he is mad), visiting the museum of Unova from time to time to see when he will get his own exhibit, (holding onto) the past, the future

Dislikes: People laughing at him for "being a madman", insults directed towards Nic or himself, starting arguments, wearing a shirt to cover the top of his body as a human, one day without coffee

Lore:

Over 6000 years ago, there was a man who wanted to unify the people of his region, which was what is now the Desert Resort of Unova, as he thought that there was already enough chaos in the nation and that it could be stopped if there were a king who could govern all of them. However, when he told about his idea to many others, they all laughed at him, as he looked and acted peculiar compared to them, from having an overly futuristic prosthetic right arm to talking about his inventions and how the world will be like in the future all the time. They just thought that he was weird and not mentally prepared to even solve the crisis in the first place.

Despite all of that, there was this one person who believed that this man could be king - his childhood friend, Issam. Issam told him that he would be able to achieve his dream if he managed to think of a way to convince them all that he would actually be the one to rule over the region.

Soon, a flood hit the whole region, causing many citizens to die due to the rising waters. The man knew that it was finally time for him to shine. He saved many of citizens using one of his inventions - a pedal-propelled "motorboat" stocked with supplies. Since that incident, the people of the region found that he was actually a really smart guy, and most of them agreed on making him the king. They crowned him during an elaborate ritual, and from then on, this man was known as Omari I, bringer of light.

The man donned a pschent at all times, covering his nearly-bald head, and always has a slight grin on his face, as if he was always thinking of an elaborate plan to make his region flourish. He built structures for people to live in using his own strength, as well as telling his people the best ways to farm (without using his futuristic ways, as he wouldn't want to ruin the timeline). Every plan he made eventually became a success, causing him to gain more and more supporters as time passed.

Of course, he also had to thank Issam for being by his side, so he made him one of his servants, and paid him generously with Berries and other supplies. Seeing his friend succeed so much while he was king made Issam jealous. He, too, wanted to become like him. Sometimes, he even snuck into Omari I's chamber of inventions to figure out how each and every one of them worked - including Omari I's own prototype time machine. This only made him even more jealous than before. He wanted to replicate his success by using the inventions that he had hid from the public. Surely he must've done that for a reason, right?

One day, Issam invited Omari I out to watch the sunset on a cliff nearby - a place that they had often hung out nearby. Just as Omari I was discussing about his future plans with Issam (something that he shouldn't have done in front of even people that he was familiar with) while sitting on the cliffside, Issam took this as a perfect chance to push him off the cliff. He fell down and broke his skull and arm. Issam stared at his body as blood started to spill out of it. He then went down, took the pschent on Omari I's head, and placed the blood-covered crown on his own head. He also took his prosthetic arm, cleared up the dead body, and actually mummified him in a proper way despite what he did to Omari I. He called himself Omari II, and claimed that Omari I had given him the spot as "he was about to die due to a horrible illness". He also threw away most of Omari I's gadgets and inventions, as they were too ahead of their time. During his reign, he had made a lot of friends while in his palace, looking out of it as the common folk suffered due to him not doing anything to help them. His popularity significantly decreased, but he still had a lot of supporters.

During this time, Omari I had already reincarnated as a Yamask. Omari II noticed him, and suddenly felt guilty for what he had done. He tried to apologize to the dead Omari I, but Omari I didn't accept his apology, as he knew what he had done to his dynasty. After that, Omari I snapped Omari II's neck while he was sleeping.

The next king in line, who was a supporter of Omari II (as he was his younger brother), was infuriated at what this Yamask had done. So, he imprisoned that Yamask in the tomb that Omari I's mummified body was placed in, as he didn't quite like Omari I. Omari I was imprisoned in that tomb for what seemed like an eternity.

Centuries later, adventurers and grave robbers started to discover Omari I's tomb and attempted to loot the stuff that was found in it, often ending up dying due to Omari I, now a Cofagrigus, being jealous over how they still got to be human (as well as the fact that they were intruding his personal space). He wanted to become a human like he used to be - not because he wanted to beome king again, but because he wanted to experience the freedom that he had experienced when he was still alive.

More centuries later, Nic stumbled upon the entrance of Omari I's tomb, and entered it, with her almost dying due to Omari I scaring the soul out of her. Just as she was about to turn into a mummy, Omari I realized that she wasn't one of those grave robbers who wanted to rob or take his valuables away from him, so he told him his backstory, hoping that this young trainer would show him some sympathy. She promised him that she would revert him back into a human, and after a few months and multiple failed attempts of development, as well as a few convos she had with Omari I (who soon took the name of Craig because he found the name "cool" according to modern Unovans) while waiting for Clemont's side to reply to her during the research, she and Clemont had developed the Reversion Stone, and tested it on Craig. It succeeded, and he was quickly reverted to his former glory.

Craig has an unhealthy addiction to coffee ever since Nic told him about its existence and let him try some. Now he cannot survive a day without it, or he will actually go crazy. He also smokes cigarettes sometimes.
