Personality: Buzz is very easygoing and not very serious considering he works for  the FBI. He's very quick to tease others and not take them seriously.

History: Buzz is introduced when Raza and Snatch reach the FBI. Raza had gone to him for help, but he wastes he time by calling her a child and teasing her about having feelings for Scott. By the time he finally is willing to listen to her, the murderer arrives...

Current Bio: Buzz escapes the scene with Snatch, leaving their fates unknown.

Meta-History: Buzz was created in 2012 and is Snatch's cousin who works for the FBI. However, he does very little outside of teasing Raza. How did his man get hired by the FBI

Raza: Snatch spends most of his screen time teasing Raza.
