Personality: Peggy Win is a very anxious person, though being threaten by a murderer will do that to you.

History: Peggy Win witnessed Bun-buns murder Fluff the Puffin, and was threatened by Bun-buns not to tell or she'd be next. Terrified, Peggy Win went to Detective Jerold Scott for help and told him everything. Unfortunately for her, Scott is Bun-buns, and he kills her for not keeping her mouth shut.

Current Bio: Dead

Meta-History: Peggy Win was created in 2011 to be yet another victim of Bun-buns. Her death is the first one featured in the chapters I wrote, so she's significant in that sense.
