Appearance Notes: Taliesin always has gloves or sleeves covering his hands. The pair of gloves in his reference pic is one he wears often, but eventually it is not his only pair. He is also in his pajamas in the reference, as he is initially wearing those. They are not his usual 'preferred clothes' though; he's still experimenting with his own stylistic preferences, but so far wears a lot of more casual clothes, sweaters, and slightly stylized jackets. He'll also wear pretty much anything Kadri recommends at a certain point though, which sometimes leaves him with more accessorized outfits. Likewise, he keeps his hair long, and initially doesn't know what he wants to do with it, but eventually tries out some hair accessories and tied back styles. He won't wear super overtly feminine clothes ever in public, and only rarely in private if it's for some costuming event Kadri is making his friends partake in. 

2 Cent Summary: A young teenager found locked in a coffin in the attic of an abandoned manor, Taliesin is quiet and keeps his past to himself. He seems to find comfort in cleaning, reading, and being around nature, and though slow to open up to others, makes an effort to be patient and kind.

Taliesin was found by Euphranor and Kadri chained into a coffin in the attic of a long abandoned building with a dark history. After physically recovering somewhat, he initially avoids the other two and haunts the halls alone, but eventually he ends up spending more time with them.

Personality

Taliesin is a quiet spoken, somewhat timid individual. He's intellectually inclined and has always cared about living up to his family's expectations and being a good role model for his younger relatives. He's typically patient with others, but is slow to open up. He often has an air of melancholy around him, seeming distracted and far away at times. When he's more There, he shows more curiosity and also judgment of others' antics. 

Relationships

• Kadri Espenson: Taliesin and Kadri have a Complicated relationship. Taliesin has many reasons to not trust or even dislike Kadri, but since Kadri was the one to free him and consistently show him kindness, Taliesin ends up sort of looking up to him anyways. This becomes especially true after Kadri lends him his primary pair of gloves and makes it know they respects his trans identity (Taliesin considers Kadri a bit of a 'gender guru', because Kadri is the first person he met - as far as he knew - that wasn't cis and didn't seem to care at all about conventional gender presentation. Taliesin probably realized Kadri was nonbinary before Kadri did though so this perception is somewhat questionable). Kadri is usually a tad gentler with his trolling when it comes to Taliesin and will more obviously look after him.
• Euphranor Lakatos: Taliesin and Euphranor did not hit it off great, because Euphranor was scared of and slightly hostile towards him since he was found in a coffin (which relates to his phobias) under suspicious circumstances. At that point, Euphranor was also not subtly a bit jealous that Kadri was so much more openly nice to Taliesin than to him while Taliesin thought Euphranor was being treated with more familiarity and sort of envied that. Eventually though they do make a truce that then leads to proper friendship and understanding, and they begin to hang out more together as well. Euphranor tries to help Taliesin adapt to the City and introduce him to lots of modern bands and plays. 
• Aurelie Babineaux: These two start off with a fairly complicated relationship due to their histories. Tal doesn't trust ver at first, and Aurelie has mixed feelings but ultimately wants to help him. Over time, they come to have a sibling-like relationship as they become friends.

• Taliesin likes being outdoors and around plants. They give off Good Oxygen and are relaxing.
• He is intensely claustrophobic and afraid of the dark.
• While stuck in the abandoned building with the others, he is often seen reading, cleaning, or gazing out the window sullenly if not being dragged into something by one of the others.
• He has almost never been to the city, and so would be surprised or weirded out by a lot of mundane city things.
