Linden

Cold, Distant to most people, Particular, Dutiful, Loner

Linden is the companion to a human, who he has regrettably fallen in love with. Despite his human's grudge against fairies, Linden has great sympathy for the individual he loves and looks out for him, defends him, and is loyal to him. He will do whatever is asked of him by his human. Being what he sees as an exception to this hatred makes Linden feel very special.

Linden himself is widely disliked by fairy-kind, and he too is generally misanthropic (towards people and creatures alike). Linden is used to being alone, and therefore, he finds comfort in silence and darkness, and he fills his running mind by being very dutiful, thorough, and clean.
