Sentic Powers: 

• Control over fire; it comes second nature to him now, his control of it is strong.
• Mind reading; With direct eye contact, he can read a persons mind for a full minute, before having to look in their eyes again. He can only do this to one person at a time, but can repeat it many multiple times.

Weapon:

• Katana; Works well with his fire abilities too.
• Weapons from cortias usually take on a form that reflects the inner part of the person using it. His katana comes off practical but very efficient. Likely showing Levs more humble and right to the point attitude. Despite being the head of the elites, it doesn't get to his head. As long as he has the means to lead people, then for him that's all he needs.

Personality:  Always a serious face with Lev, what you see is what you get. Ranked at number one, he's the active leader of the Elites of the Capitals military. Working among the elites has been his life, not having much a life outside of it. Raised rather strictly, it reflects in his personality now. His confidence in his own skills, is also shown in his leadership skills. He's well respected among his team though, and in return he gives them his full trust and respect. (Even if they like to goof off every now and then.) At times he can be so into his goals that it's not uncommon for him to start to get tunnel vision. His stubborn attitude can also make it hard to argue points with him as well. He does whatever he can for the Elites, and always puts his orders above all else. During rare times though, if you can get his guard down, Lev has a much more softer personality then what one would expect of him. He has a lot of pride and stress weighing on him, but Lev always carries it with head held high.

Hobbies and Notes:

• His eyebrows have a very strange shape at the ends.
• Lev really loves animals, he enjoys petting random strays he'll find. (He's also been caught feeding his left overs outside to strays.)
• He lost his left eye about a year ago, despite this it seems to have not impaired his fighting skills in the least.

Notable Relationships:

• Jocelyn Hallmark: The morale and cheer of the Elites. Jojo brings much needed cheer and banter to the group of Elites, always able to lift up a heavy atmosphere. Lev over the years, couldn't helped but be charmed by Jojo's bright personality. He's a bit shy and awkward, usually falling for her flirting like a love struck teen. Over time he finally gets the courage to make the steps to properly be a couple together with her. Of course business always comes first when it's work time. Behind closed doors though, Lev shows a very soft and sweet side when with Jojo. It's not rare though to see Jojo make him lighten up in front of their group as well, able to make him break his serious shell just a bit.
• Grant Mavis: Third ranked in the Elites, right hand man and tactician, as well as a long time friend. Lev and Grant became friends through joining the capitals military, quickly climbling the ranks together. They're well known on the battlefield, not to be taken lightly when seen together. Grant has a much more playful and teasing personality, one of the few people who can pull at Lev's strings (and get away with it.) After long missions, the two enjoy going to the bar, spending hours just drinking and chatting the night away.
