Tobi, who always brings his A-game.
The Beginning
Tobias Delaserna, Tobi for short, was born in (town name), an incredibly rural village that's high in the mountains. The village is almost more of a time capsule than anything else, the people living off the land and rarely seeing any visitors. The mist also tends to keep people away, and it's usually very cold and wet. In this dreary land is where Tobi is born- and loves! There was boundless lands for him to explore growing up, but he always took time for the elders of the village. Tobi could often be found helping the less able-bodied, burning off as much excess energy as he could. His kind nature would also manifest itself into an ability.
Tobi has Animal Instinct, the ability to communicate with animals; as well as to a lesser degree, control them. Because of this, he's always been weary about eating meat, bridging a close relationship with the animals around the village. He even managed to curb the wolves, getting them to leave his people alone.
His body made him a great fighter, but his communication with animals made him a standout. He could easily send out spies, something the military thought may be useful. Eventually word of the boy who could speak with animals spread to the military, who checked him out. They offered Tobi a position, and he couldn't refuse. Without a second thought, he accepted. In his heart, he knew he wanted to send money back to not just his family, but the village as a whole. Perhaps he could even get a road constructed for them, for easier travel! The possibilities in his head!
Tobi's personality made him somewhat difficult to work with though. He's so laid back, that Lev is constantly having to snap his attention back to reality. Still, Tobi has always produced results- he can't afford to let his village down!
