"This guy has no limits…" I stared in disbelief at Sho going on a rampage with the rival gang members. They're no match for him, of course, because he's Yamai's right-hand man.
"You suck" The voice broke my concentration. It was Yamai. "What's taking you so long, pig?"
"I- " Sho was shocked to see Yamai here so early. "I- I just -- I wanted to have some fun…" Sho immediately lost all his aggressiveness as he subconsciously dipped his head and lowered his statute. He was taller than Yamai but somehow Yamai manages to overpower him with his presence by just standing there.
"There's no fun here with small birds like them." Yamai was referring to the gang members lying, dismembered on the ground. "Bullying weak chicks like them aint fun," Yamai pulled Sho's hair and yanked his head close to his level.
Sho grunted as he adjusted himself to Yamai's height, his spine curving into an uncomfortable position. "Y-yes, Yamai-sama." He squeaked out weakly, a tear bubbling up on the corner of his now visible eyes that were concealed by his long bangs, just like Yamai's.
I sighed. Sho's just like Yamai in a way that they have different personalities when they face different people. Sho doesn't like pain though. He hates it, even if it's coming from Yamai, but other than that he loves Yamai just as much as Yamai loves Kanade. Maybe even more, if I were to comment.
My thoughts disconnected when I heard a loud crashing sound coming from behind. More gang members. No. More weak chicks.
"Tsk. How rude of them to barge into my lecture uninvited." Yamai released Sho from his hellish grasps.
Technically… you and Sho also barged in the gang's lair but… we don't say that when Yamai is in his sensei-mode.
Sho squatted on the floor, ruffling his hair and whimpering from the pain.
"1 minute and 43 seconds." Yamai slipped his hands in his hoodie pockets, totally not imitating Kanade.
Sho reverted to his hunter instincts immediately. "Exactly".
Before I can react, Sho blasted off towards the gang members. I can discretely hear Yamai counting down amidst Sho's crazy laughter.
"3… 2… 1…" The final gang member hit the floor exactly at Yamai's count. "Exactly."
Sho tided up his long, messy hair. "As all shall be."
What a duo.
