Ceres

Ceres was (is?) a princeling from another Kingdom that was betrothed to the princess in the town over-- he ran from his duties and does not take kindly to those that know too much about him, lest they see and judge his negative qualities.
Though he masks it with wryness, there is a part of him that clearly does not like being reminded of his attitude, as the royal affect he carries isn't entirely erased from his day-to-day life. Other than having a somewhat haughty attitude (depending on his mood, which is prone to swinging), Ceres already has a soft constitution that he masks with brashness and excitement, knowing that most things he is coming to learn living in the tavern is all quite new to him, otherwise very naive.

As most 'important' people tend to learn in the world, he knows great and powerful magics, but does his best not to use them- especially now that he works in a lowly, lawless and wretchedly impure place such as the Yasiara.
The patron and matron of the Yasiara are extremely lenient on Ceres, and oftentimes go out of the way to keep this princeling out of any and all dirty work. As it stands he mostly works as a glorified tavern-maid, or worse, busboy. There isn't much that Ceres finds passable to do, but at least the owners keep him safe and sound within the walls.
Compared to most other royalty, Ceres is open enough to not be so judgmental of the type of place this is. It's really the particulars of an individual that get him to act snobby..!
