Ms Rivera is the owner of Rock N' Roll Rivera's, a 50's themed diner in the Greater Downtown area of Silver City. She's upbeat, independent, and makes sure her customers are satisfied with her delicious meals, all while taking care of her two sons. Ms Rivera loves to cook, and she wants to share her food with everyone. She made the recipies herself, after all!.

Ms Rivera works as the main cook of Rock N' Roll Rivera's, with her assistant cook and dishwasher being Zora Faustino and her server the lovely Miss Poppy Scarlet. Together, the three of them run the fairly small diner to the best of their ability, with Ms Rivera making sure everything runs smoothly.

Ms Rivera is motherly, outgoing, and headstrong. She loves taking care of people, and she loves seeing people happy. She finds ways to make people happy through food, music, and good conversation. Her diner is welcome to all as long as they are respectful, and she always keeps it running at top efficiency.

Ms Rivera had somewhat of a troubled childhood, having to grow up around gang violence and drug usage. She often ended up caring for her siblings as the eldest daughter. Thanks to the love of her parents and boyfriend (soon husband), however, she managed to keep a positive outlook, and she now uses her past experiences as a drive to make other's lives better.

Childhood

Estela was born in Culiacán, Mexico, to Mr and Mrs ___. Her father and mother raised her and her five siblings, with Estela being the oldest. Both parents worked multiple jobs to help keep the family afloat, and Estela - as the oldest - often took the parental role of her mother. Her area of Culiacán wasn't too safe of a place at the time, and as such Estela had to distract herself to keep her spirits high. In the few moments she had to herself, she'd watch old movies from the 50's, as well as listen to old records and radio stations that featured 50's music. This is when she discovered rockabilly and became obsessed, oftem dreaming of moving far away from her home and making a new life for herself where she could enjoy things freely.

Finding love & moving to Rocosa

When Estela was 19 years old and working to help her parents and siblings, she met a young man by the name of Moises Rivera, who she affectionately nicknamed 'Mo'. The two hit it off immediately, expressing their shared love of the 50's aesthetic and rockabilly. They spent all summer together. At the end of the summer, however, Estela learnt that Moises lived in America and was visiting family in Culiacán, and that he was to head home soon. However, the two exchanged emails and promised to keep in touch. Over the next two years, Estela and Moises got to knew each other better, and eventually started dating long distance. Although, as time went on, Estela started to grow more and more upset, longing to once more be with Moises.Her parents noticed how upset she was and talked to her about it. Surprisingly, they gave her permission to move in with Moises, and helped her along the process to citizenship. Moises lived in California with his family, but the two set their sights on Silver City, located in Rocosa. She left Culiacán and moved to California to be with her boyfriend soon after, and the two married when she was 24, becoming Mr and Mrs Rivera. They then moved to Rocosa soon after and opened Rock & Roll Rivera's.

Wife & Widow

Mr and Mrs Rivera started their own diner together in Silver City, called 'Rock N' Roll Rivera's'. The two of them made the entire diner 50's themed and started to live out their dreams together in peace. Thing got even better when Mrs Rivera had her first son, Emilio Rivera, at 25. When Mrs Rivera was 30, she had her second son, Ricardo. All was going well... then Moises got sick. No matter how hard the two of them worked to try and heal his sickness, Moises kept on getting weaker and weaker. When Mrs Rivera was 39, Moises died, leaving her with a 14-year-old Emilio and a 9-year-old Ricardo. Despite the staggering loss and the added pressure, Estela stood strong, and she continued to run the diner with her two sons.

Current day

Ms Rivera runs the diner with Poppy Scarlet and Zora Faustino, her close friends and employees. Emilio, 22, works in construction, whereas Ricardo, 17, is attending high school and planning to go to Rocosa Research Institute for college with a degree in electronics technology and computer programming.
