Often gets compared to an android due to his logical, emotionless way of being. Very stoic, dry, but with the occasional deadpan sass. He often has an air of not giving a single damn about anything in his life, and you wouldn't be too far off from the truth - The only things he cares about in his life is his (very few) loved ones and being as annoying to the government as he possibly can manage.

Very disconnected in the form of social skills, and barely ever attempts to really connect to anyone. Barely feels capable of holding a human conversation and tends to feel like he's just running off a script if you talk to him, especially if he doesn't know you. Only becomes more spontaneous if you know him very well.

Secretly deals with a lot of feelings of depression, often not even managing to get out of bed. Often sleeps through the day and wakes up somewhere in the evening, so his shop runs off very irregular hours. 

Coding/Hardware repair 

Extremely skilled in coding and hardware repair. Is capable of fixing most of the things that pass into his hands, unless it is far more modern than he is used to. Very good at vintage technology

Stealth

Has made it his life purpose to be untrackable - Both physically and in the city's systems. Refuses to have anything in his life that can track him in any kind of way, and is very particular about his privacy

Gunsmithing

Usually puts a little personal spin on the guns he sells. They're always free from any government tags, and won't set off any alarm bells when used. There also isn't any registration as to who owns the gun - So if you wanted to use it for murder, well... Bright would be the only one to know.

Networking 

Despite being a private, closed person that usually hates social contact, he is, at the least, good at marketing himself. Most people that would require his services do know about his shop, mostly by word of mouth.
