A quiet, sleepy, and awkard young boy with a slightly sassy attitude. Hes quite nerdy and loves to tinker and learn about mechanics and loves to talk about it with anyone when he can.

Unlike his older sister hes not that popular with his peers but hes more relaxed compared to her and occasionally helps reel her in when she acts too much or gets too excited and wont hesitate to voice his annoyance with her. He also is constantly tired due to chronic sleep issues, so hes almost always at least a bit sluggish and always has eye bags from his horrible sleep schedule. He also is a very picky eater and it takes him a while to get used to a new food.

Despite all his social shortcomings, he can become a great friend and values people who are close to him in his own way and doesnt mind when his sister or her friends take him around places (within reason)

BACKSTORY

 Pt.1 

Born in 1915 New york 8 years after his big sister to their irish/spanish parents 3 years after they moved from ireland, unlike them he wasnt aware of life in ireland and his parents tell him stories of life there and try to help him keep in touch with his heritage.

 Pt.2 

Growing up he was a bit of a handfull for his parents due to is quirks, while he was more behaved and relaxed, his eating and sleeping habits were less than ideal, causing a lot of parenting trial and error. Ever since he can remember his sister janes friends benji and belle were always around so he grew fond of them, even catching a kid crush on belle for a short while. Eventualy they regularly include him (when he wanted to be) and also met jeremy when he was introduced, he thought jeremy was really cool so he was really disapointed when he moved away all of the sudden.

 Present 

Currently hes still with his parents (obviously) and sometimes gets paied to help fix stuff like radios. He wants to have a job where he fixes things in the future :]

Neil's big sister and biggest hype-woman, he finds her very loud and even obnoxious at times but in the end he appreciates her enthusiasm and tries to show in his way hes grateful for it.
