Clothing Style

Faye's general style is somewhat plain, modest, practical, and easy to move in. She typically has a somewhat mysterious and mildly classy vibe to her even though she doesn't frequently dress up too much. Her outfit during the day before her 18th birthday consists of a short-sleeved silver dress with a layered skirt, a dark purple short shawl around her shoulders, dark purple leggings, black shin-high boots with black and silver fastening belts at the top, and long black gloves with cutouts on the backs of the hands and dark purple lining at the top. She also has a silver belt to hold the sheath for her short sword along with a small pouch for cards, and the ribbons she uses to tie back her hair are silver.

Personality

Faye is a clever and serious young woman seeking to free herself from a cursed life of endless trial-and-error. Initially Faye could be rather optimistic and warm toward people she encountered throughout her life, but unfortunately due to her having to live each of these days more than once in the exact same manner has made her a bit cynical and empty when it comes to her choices. Many of her actions have lost their meaning and she is very much jaded from living on very particular rails in terms of the progression of her life. Since she has to pick up on patterns and repeat tasks multiple times very frequently, Faye has very strong muscle memory, is highly observant, and is able to stay on task well. She learns quickly, keeps a level head in times of stress, and is very good at putting up a convincing exterior to convince those around her that nothing is wrong at all. Her closest friend, Adeshae, knows though that she is very fatigued from this ordeal and is craving her freedom from this endless loop, and her spirit has certainly wilted over time since she's gotten stuck in the loop for so long. Despite this, Faye has a resilient nature and can power through anything if it means reaching the end.

• Although she is capable of redoing a day if things go wrong, if she ever dies, then she is required to start her life all over again
• Has very strong muscle memory, and while this helps her repeat certain tasks easier, it does sometimes cause her to repeat mistakes as well by instinct
• Has trouble connecting with most other people, since she's had to interact with the same people over and over again in such a performative manner
• After being stuck on her final day for so long, she's gotten more irritable and is starting to doubt herself

Backstory

Faye was born with an unusual "blessing," although it's very much a curse to her. Although she has no idea who exactly did this to her or why, she was apparently enchanted by some kind of spirit or possibly a deity to live "a perfectly scripted life" that this entity planned out for her. In the mind of this entity, their plan is infallible and an act of charity to her to give her such a well planned and perfectly crafted plot for her life. This plot apparently ends once she turns 18, and then she can live her life however she likes. Until then, she must live out each day according to the script planned out for her, although she has no knowledge of what exactly this script is. If she fails to adhere to the script, the day resets to give her another chance to "perfect" her life. For this reason, Faye has been living each day as a trial-and-error test until she can finally make it to the next day. It's been nothing short of an unending hell for her, since she retains knowledge of each of her attempts to get each day correct.

Faye is currently on the final day before she turns 18, and it's been her greatest challenge yet. Her day starts with her and her best friend, Adeshae, attempting to infiltrate the headquarters of Prodractalus Corp., a corporate entity formed by the now-dissolved Sakavist corporate conglomerate. Prodractalus is known primarily as a science and engineering company that creates various technologies, although their under the table workings with Sakavist had them creating weapons. Faye's goal for her final day is to stop a prototype mechanical dragon they have been developing from inevitably escaping the lab and destroying the surrounding settlements. She hasn't been successful in finding the exact solution to this day, and her hope is starting to wane as each attempt grows more and more complicated.
