Captivating and confident, Vince is good at making people comfortable around him, reading them, and prying their problems and anxieties out of them to exploit. Conniving, intelligent, constantly manipulating people and situations to keep them under his control while not drawing attention to it. Very unemotional besides his friendly, accommodating persona, making it impossible to guess what he's feeling or thinking in most situations. Fancies himself as a father and a role model to his people and truly believes they'd be nothing without him. Condescending and domineering to whoever questions his authority.

Feeling spurned by those he trusted, Vince went on a soul-search in the mountains of Wyoming, where he unfortunately did not find it. So instead he went venturing across the country, picking up various outcasts along the way, convincing them not to be tied down by their average human lives and providing meaning to their abilities they once didn't understand.
