BACKGROUND  

Clovie, as you could probably tell, isn't like the other Clubs Kingdom citizens. She's oddly... human shaped and featured. This is because she's a plant! On one random day, her "mom" was checking on her garden as usual when she noticed a rather large sized bud. When she poked it, the bud opened into a large beautiful clover with a small baby inside it. The baby was baby Clovie! Her mom contemplated killing her with weedkiller but Clovie was too cute and sentient that she couldn't just kill the baby. So, she got taken in and raised with her more furry and kitty like siblings. After being taken in, Clovie lived in the Clubs kingdom as a normal citizen until the sudden death of of the Clubs Queen where her parents forced her into an arranged marriage with the Clubs King. They figured that not only would they get to boosted to a higher social standing, but they don't have to be sad about selling of their daughter because she TECHNICALLY isn't their daughter. The marriage was hard on Clovie since she barely turned 18 when she suddenly got married off to the Clubs King.  She never loved him but after seeing what the press had done to the Diamond Queen, she did her best to PRETEND to love him in front of cameras. After a few years of marriage the Spade King took over the Dark world and imprisoned the kings. Clovie agreed to act as Lancers mother temporary mother in exchange for not being imprisoned. So, she stays in the castle to fight any intruders she sees.

Using their actions, Kris tells Clovie that they and the rest of their party are children. She quickly backs off and notices Lancer with them. She picks up Lancer and fills him with kisses and snuggles before allowing Kris to spare her. After being spared, you can talk to her whenever as she aimlessly walks around, she won't attack you anymore. You can ask her a few questions just like any other NPC but you also have to option to let her sing to you or have her give the party cuddles and/or kisses. After Chapter 1, Clovie officially adopts Lancer and Ralsei and divorces the imprisoned Clubs King and becomes the Clubs Queen since he is in jail and Clover is too young to take on the throne yet. Thanks to her sudden freedom from a loveless marriage, she starts looking around to find a new partner.

In chapter 2 upon Kris's return, Clovie gives them the side quest of finding her a partner. The player is handed Clovie's phone number and is told it hand it to anyone who they think is a suitable date for Clovie. The number is unlimited so you can technically give the number to every single enemy you encounter. After 2 in world minutes, Clovie will call Kris and tell them about her date. Most of the time it'll just end in the line of, "They're fine but... I don't think they're the one". If you were to give it to special characters like Rouxls Kaard, ex King, Top Chef, or Jevil, you will get a special dialogue and a cut scene for each. If you give her number to Spamton she will be repeatedly calling Kris with all the batshit crazy shit Spamton is doing for her like giving her dead flowers and trying to catfish her into other dates. After a while the calls will stop but at the end she will ask for her number back. The player will be given the chance to either give her phone number back or pretend they "lost it" so they can continue to give around her number.

Clover^{[Step Daughter]}

After being forced into a marriage with Clover King, Clovie automatically became her step mother. It was a bit hard for her to take care of a motherless teenager but she did her best. It was also hard for the two to bond since Clover's father moved on very quickly after her mother's death so it felt like the Clubs King was trying to erase the memory of Clover's mother. After the divorce from Clover King, Clovie still does her best to support Clover as best as she can. She still checks in on her, gets her gifts and does her best to bond with her. 

Lancer ^{[Adopted Son]}

Clovie use to visit the Spade kingdom all the time to play with little Lancer. After chapter 1, Clovie decided to adopt Lancer since his father was in jail and she wanted to make sure he'll be okay. After the queen comes in Chapter 2, they decide to co parent Lancer. She loves to squish his face and carry him. She spoils him a lot and gives him many over the top cutesy name like, "Pumpkin" and "Squishy mc squisher boy".

Ralsei^{[Adopted Son]}

She sees Ralsei as her OTHER adopted son. She likes to pet him, squish him, kiss his head, and also give them many compliments. She sees him as a more well behaved son compared to Lancer but still loves them both equally. 

Kris^{[Family friend]}

Clovie sees Kris as a friend of her kids. She would love to adopt them but they already have a mother and aren't from her dimension. She does make sure to cater to their needs whenever possible though. Whether that is getting them a drink or doing them a favor. She likes to pat them on the back and head to show them her appreciation.

Susie^{[Family friend]}

Clovie also sees Susie as a friend of her kids. She likes how rough around the edges Susie is and loves to ruffle her hair every time she sees her. She has been considering adopting her but she isn't sure how inter dimensional adoption works but feels like it would be way too much paper work. So she just treats her like her own without the stupid gushy baby names.

Clubs King^[Ex]

After the death of the Clubs Queen, the Clubs Kingdom needed a new queen. Clovie's parents pushed her into an arranged marriage with the Clubs King. While she apperciated the money, attention and power, she just could never love the king. He just wasn't her type and was honestly pretty ugly. They slept in separate rooms most of the time and never got more intimate than a kiss on the cheek since Clovie was simply repulsed by his looks. However, after watching the media shred the Diamond Queen in pieces for not smiling while being seen with her husband, Clovie has made sure to never bad mouth her husband. When the camera's where on them, she would go above and beyond: kissing him, wrapping her arms around him, telling everyone how much she loves him, etc. Once the camera's were off and they were away from peering eyes, Clovie would go back to her dry and loveless relationship with the King of Clubs. After the Spade king took over and captured all the kings, she thought it was the perfect time to divorce the Clubs King since she is now the Queen of Clubs by law since the king being held captive and Clover isn't old enough to inherent the throne yet.

After co parenting with the Queen for a while, they grew a pretty decent bond. They like to go drinking and partying together. They love to play around with each other but they are nothing more than friends. Clovie just can't see her in a romantic light since she is too silly for her taste.

Rouxls Kaard^[Coworker]

During the ruling of the King of Spades over the Card Kingdom, both Clovie and Rouxls would take care of Lancer, taking turns so the other could get a break. While they are quite friendly towards one another, Clovie has no idea wtf Rouxls is saying half of the time. Every time he speaks to her, she has to pause to process what on earth he could be saying to her. Because of this communication difficulty, she finds it hard to be attracted to him at all. Hence why they're just coworkers.
