Profile

Personality:

Lava can be really stubborn and somewhat easily annoyed, preferring to do things their way than to listen to others. Though they realize that can and will bite them in the ass so they willingly work with others.  Though they are polite to others, and have empathy for what they go through. Just most of the time they don’t care if you’re consistently bugging them, and will call you out on your bullshit.

Speaking of others; it comes to no surprise they are very introverted. Hating parties or any loud event. They’d much rather spend time evaluating how to move forward. They are highly cautious of others as well; having experienced some of what their mentor Connie has warned them about.

Some of which is their family- which they have complicated feelings about. Mostly thwarting their brother’s bullshit attempts to ruin more god’s lives. They never speak of their father. Only wishing him a swift death.

They can also be highly confident. Often seen trying out different fashions and dancing. It‘s what they enjoy most, aside from the travels they have with Big Sis. This confidence helps aid in the work they do, since they truly believe in it.
They have nothing to prove, is their favorite line.

Lava can be highly anxious, though. As they are part mortal it is much easier to harm them than the rest of their family. While they cannot be killed easily, thanks to the other part of them and Big Sis, it still doesn’t help the fear of being hunted down.

General Backstory:

“Lava” was originally a recovered rejected hippo type, who was basically an empty shell of a wardroid. No emotion, no personality, no nothing but a semi-functional body; only able to form. They were transferred from a Rotech vault to one of Faerlyn’s- to see if there were people to be recovered in them and other hippo rejects. A few were, but those that were in production were found to be… undercooked. A body made, but anything beyond that simply missing. And “Lava” is one of those. As such, those who were just bodies, were kept in the vaults to be undisturbed.

Until one day, a small team decided to take out a few of these rejected hippo types to see if they could be turned into people. “Lava” was one who shown some progress, albeit minimal. Left out on an exam table; they were found by a force whom looked to grow it’s family. It filled the empty shell “Lava” was, till eventually the shell stretched and broke- forcing this new filling to piece it back together, forming a perfect hybrid. “Lava”’s first transformation. All that was required was a safe place to wake up; which Lava’s twin gave.

When Lava woke up, they were confused. And terrified; but comforted by their twin. It didn’t take long for the two to be discovered and taken in. Lava- having barely been alive for a day, was shocked by these new people and faces. They did as was asked of them, and answered every question with confusion. They preformed their tasks excellently, but deemed of needing special care; and certain protections. Lava and their twin (named Big Sis) were brought to live in a palace- under watch of a Queen and her council. Although Lava has this strong urge of... Something.

A month in of being alive, Lava met their other siblings. And learned their whole purpose. Which.. was not something Lava wanted. Nor did they feel as if it was the real reason.
They believed they could alter the plans for them to benefit many but… if it went wrong, would they be seen as a monster? Proven as monstrous as their family? They fear others learning of what they truly are.

A few years lived, and Lava had grown accustomed to their life, and had grown quite close to the Queen of the Colonies. That fear of others finding out who they were made by very present in day to day life. But they try not to think about it.

From here they go down one of two paths. One where they are betrayed and join their family, and one where they accept Connie’s teachings. I generally play them in the latter path a bit farther down.
