"Angel Game"--It's said to be a game where one could gain the ability to control powerful elements by having a magical, circle-shaped symbol on their left hand called the "Angel's Heart". However, it was discovered that the price you pay to play this game is by having a certain "misfortune"; and that alone became the reason why the game is frowned upon society--saying it's the source of these misfortunes or the sign of an upcoming war between mankind. One day, Kokoro found herself owning the rumored Angel's Heart...after facing her biggest loss...

Another student of St. Angel; the boarding school for Angel Gamers. He appears to be a lone wolf who refuses to befriend anyone, often shooting down any attempts of people trying to conversate with him in the slightest. Mysteriously, he is also rarely seen participating in Angel Game for a certain reason...?
Personality
Saki is known for avoiding any form of socializing or interactions towards almost every students in the school. He apparently doesn't even mind if others see him as someone snobbish or rude--as if he was purposely asking for others to dislike him at first impression. Although, further suspicions seems to increase as other students began to notice him being quite the intelligent student despite often skipping classes--often scoring high in almost any subjects without issues. Although, the only flaws to his grades would be his low scores in any PE and Angel Gaming-related subjects...which he seems to also deliberately avoid...?
Behind that attitude, not many people know that Saki does have his own kinder and caring side that he hides from everyone, though when he slips into this side of him unintentionally, he would counter or deny it with poor excuses or reasoning. Deep inside, Saki actually forced himself to isolate from everyone for certain reasons, despite how much he secretly feel lonely.

Backstory
A lot of rumors regarding Saki resembling another known child prodigy was often spread around, but nobody considered asking him due to his unapproachable nature. Not to mention, his personality were much different than his current self that some actually doubted that they're the same person.
View spoilerGrowing up, Saki has always been interested in creating things from scratch into something new. His interests with them lead to him joining a vocational school and participating in numerous national contests, as well as meeting new friends from it; to the point he was known as a "prodigy" even back in elementary school. However, as time passes, Saki eventually realizes that his "talent" wasn't meeting any expectations from his teachers and judges anymore, and all of his friends eventually leaving him and surpassing him for that reason--that he almost felt like no one actually ever cared for himself, and it was only his "talent" and status as a prodigy that people cared about.
All of those were almost answered when Saki got caught in an earthquake accident, rendering him hospitalized with both of his arms and hands paralyzed for quite a while. Even after he healed, the numbness on both of his arms remains and he's unable to create or draw as much as he could do in the past; leaving all his teachers and friends disappointed and ashamed. Soon as Saki obtained his Angel's Heart after the accident, Saki ended up leaving his school and enrolled to St. Angel, as he knew that he'd continue being alone if he were to stay as the "dissapointment" of a person that he was before.
Current story
Believing that he no longer deserves his past status, Saki completely wants to forget his backstory, and walk in his own path of solitude. He knew that he's unable to return to his former self especially with his current limitations, and hence why he choose to hide it from everyone by pushing others away--not letting others gaining awareness of his weakness.
Saki is one of the few main characters during the 2nd arc that leans to neither the protagonists' or antagonists' side (so far). A concurring plot during his character arc often shows Kureha as the one who's brave enough to attempt on befriending Saki--that it became one of the earliest signs of Saki slipping into his more kinder and gentler side; further proving that Saki might not be a bad person after all.

Facts
- His last name, "Nagashima" (長島) use the kanji for "long / leader" and "island".
- His first name, "Saki" (咲希) uses the kanji that means "blossom" and "hope".
- "Saki" is actually a traditionally feminine name, while his sister, "Kazuki" has a traditionally masculine name. As a result, most people tend to make the mistake of mixing up their names.
He's literally a tsundere.- His dislikes of cats mainly stems from a childhood "trauma" of being scratched by one. He's also apparently allergic to them.

Friends...?
Initially, they barely interacted at all despite being roommates, but at some point, Kureha began to increase his attempts on talking to Saki. Saki often tries to ignore and brush off Kureha, but as time passes, Saki began to show his kinder side and even unconciously reveal bits and pieces of his past self towards Kureha--despite how much he tries to surpress and hide them...
Kazuki Nagashima
Siblings
Being siblings, they used to be close during their childhood, but their distance began to increase after Saki started pursuing his interests and in a way, "surpasses" Kazuki in a lot of things, creating a sort of inferiority complex among each other. Despite they're now attending the same school, they still barely interact due to the lingering rift between them...
Kiyo Tsukimori
Enemies?
Unconsciously, Saki became another person that Kiyo holds a grudge to, possibly because he's close with Kureha...?
