Trivia
- Amaro was born to a wealthy royal family as a bastard son, and grew up secluded from the rest of his family.
- Hate and resentment shaped who he would become and to separate himself from his family, he changed his name to Abbadon.
- He made a deal with a powerful god to get the power he needed to dethrone the king, his so-called father, in exchange for worship and sacrifice, but when his goal was then achieved, he didn't see a point in continuing to live, much less to worship, and so the god turned his flesh into a monstrous mass, still sentient and aware but in immeasurable pain, cursed to wander until an untimely death.
- Eventually he was called by grace and he was born anew.
- He woke up with no memory of who he was or what he had done and traveled aimlessly through the lands between, until he met Magellan.
- Together they traveled through the land and little by little Amaro started regaining his memories, ashamed of what he had done and feeling disconnected from who he used to be, he chose a better path for himself and decided to start fresh with the new memories he had made alongside Magellan.
Boyfriend
Amaro met Magellan in the dawn of his new life. He had been wondering the lands for a short time when they first made contact. Magellan saw him struggling and offered to help him for a short time, weather out of pity or seeing a hidden potential inside him, he offered temporary protection and shelter for him. The short time became a long time arrangement however, as despite Magellan's intent on keeping distance between them, Amaro would follow him like a stray dog that had been fed.
Magellan would act like he doesn't care, but little by little he lowered his defenses and accepted him by his side. They traveled for many months, maybe even years, and with time, they grew to be more than just acquaintances, friends, or just companions.
At first, with little touches and the pretext of warmth, they shared tender moments with each other among the life-threatening circumstances and found comfort in each other that helped them cope and deal with the stress of their circumstances. After a million of struggles both deadly and personal, and a million of fond memories, they decided to abandon their fated search and retired together to live in the Haligtree.
Amaro would die for Magi; he would give everything for his happiness, and he would protect him with his life. He loves him more than anything in his life and adores every aspect of him as a person. If he could choose to be born anew, he would suffer the same and make the same mistakes if it meant meeting and falling in love with Magi all over again.
