This guy is a close friend of CarnIval and a general afficionado of Hallopuffie. You won't find him out during the day as he has an issue with sunlight so he's only out at night. You'll most often spot him during Hallopuffie! He likes card tricks and amusing the kids, some are a little scared of him cause his bone wings and bright flames but he means them no harm. In his spare time he fetches supplies for CarnIval and helps him develop things.
