The Heart of the Scorpion does not wear heart on his sleeve, so to speak. He is always stoic and calm, perhaps giving a slight smile on occasion, but that's about it.

They are feared for their powerful position and imposing appearance, but they are usually peaceful.

He is capable of "heart-reading," placing a hand above someone else's heart allows him to see what it truly desires/what they are secretly thinking. This makes him very useful in legal trials as a lie detector. However, he rarely uses his power for this, aware of its magnitude. He will only attend trials when the most heinous of crimes are involved.
