Yami is not what you will honestly expect for a Gengar. He is the loyal servant of Rin that seems to care little about playing pranks or curses that his kind is known for pulling. In fact, it would appear he does dislike fighting but is willing to do so if it's needed. Rin seems to know how to make the male fluster or bring a blush on the face of the ghoul. It's not surprising as it doesn't take much to make the male fluster. He has stated that he has been with the male since his birth and partially acted as his guardian. Yami is the first member of Rin's team, but his most trusted one nonetheless.
