Before Winnifred traveled she was in Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds jail for crimes against big corperations? She has the tattoo under her left eye to prove that she was once in jail. Winnifred managed to escape from jail by walking out the front door since the reception desk was too tall and they couldn't see her as she snuck by.

Winnifred travels all over Eorzea helping the innocent and taking down suspicious and evil people. She knows crimes and she knows you are doing them! She is probably still on the run as she did break out of jail but I doubt they will catch her out in the Eorzea wilderness.
