Peter Peacock is the best weapon engineer in Night City and noone dares to question it. Despite being so popular, he owns a small workshop located in Japantown, connected to his flat that he shares with his girlfriend. Besides being a specialist, he also is a very good shooter that can often be found on a shooting range. He doesn't care about morals so he never asks his clients who they work for, or what they need the gun for. What matters to him is that they pay enough.
His weapons of choice are a small, handy pistol and an automatic riffle he carries on his back. When it comes to cyberware and implants, Pepe owns black cyberoptics with built in scope, infrared sight and a scanner with camera. He often lets Sombra connect into his eyes so she can help him manage in dangerous situations. Besides eyes, Pepe is a proud owner of cybernetic arms manufactured all by himself with built in small rocket launchers. Pepe manufactured the arms and went to a trusted ripperdoc to install them for him in pair with an external spine. This way Pepe can carry heavy items and riffles without any problem as well as he reduces recoil to nearly zero.
Pepe is a sceptical, gloomy person. He has aspergers syndrome that focuses on weapons, he knows everything about them. He is highly intelligent and very brave with strong agression issues. He is highly impulsive and acts on the spot which makes him end up in many unpleasant fights. He doesn't trust anyone with few exceptions, but he doesn't trust anyone fully except for his girlfriend. Most of the time he doesn't understand human emotions or can't sense that his jokes are too far for most of the people. Luckily for him, he doesn't care about others and their opinions on him.
Peter was alone since early childhood, his parents died due to which he ended up in orphanage. Sadly, as he was pretty clueless about morals and idea of private belongings Pepe was stealing everyones devices to gain new pieces of tech. He wasn't welcomed there so he quickly decided to run away and live on his own. While living on the streets trying to sell his inventions to random people he was discovered by a humble engineer. With pure intentions man took Peter to his apartment and knowing his potential, his new uncle gave him his old tools.

One day V knocked to his workshop with a white haired girl by his side. Pepe was supposed to train her on how to use guns and how to shoot properly, since he is a local weapon specialist. Skeptical at first, Peter developed strong attachment towards Carr, even though he can;t express it like other people. In the end she's like a daughter to him and he makes sure she's always safe and can defend herself well.
Famous and most talented netrunner in the area, Pepes precious girlfriend. Noone can find her operation base, while she sits comfortably in their own apartment. She's very smart and composed, her mission is to calm her boyfriend down before he does something stupid. Pepe loves her deeply like noone else, and she is the only person he can express his positive emotions to.
Peters biggest rival, and only close friend at the same time. Most od the time they argue about their weapons of choice - guns for Pepe, swords for Dai. Despite arguing and being mean to each other, they still consider themselves friends and are willing to help each other if needed.
Pepes favourite client who often visits him to buy new weapons, or upgrade old ones. V gladly takes requests from Pepe, to obtain discounts or gather materials for his own weapons. Pepe knows he can trust him when it comes to Carrs safety.
Another close person to Carr that Pepe somewhat trusts. He isn't happy with the fact, that Randall uses swords like his rival, Dai so he can't trust him fully. Luckily Pepe realizes how Randall cares about Carr, which calms him down.
Sent by Dai, Ryo is Peters main source of information about the area, gangs and possible danger. Pepe doesn't trust him since Ryo is associated with Arasaka, so their info exchange is mostly one-sided. Pepe thinks that Ryo is a showoff and grumpy emo kid, that should grow up and leave the corps behind.
