Sally is the protagonist of the Cartel story. He leads Team Capital that contains of him and the other five main characters under the code name Sydney. Sally grew up in Australia and moved to the US as an adult, looking for the American dream - Working as an underpaid bartender at first, he got attacked by the authority he most respected - a police officer. After he was saved by a mysterious man, he joined that man's organization - the cartel. And to live a double life, this man found ways to make it possible for Sally to work as officer... a corrupt one.
Sally is well-intentioned. But he is trapped in the life that binds both extremes of justice and crime.

Personality
The fox is a very silent man that fully honors the rules of obedience and respect. There is interrupting anyone or insulting, only calmness and clear thinking. As he is in the leading position of his team, he geht's used to social communication in a very new way for him that takes a while to fully understand, however even as a leader, he always pays respect. It is difficult to handle complicated people such as Casper this way, he eventually needs to get louder at times and notices, that while he respects the others, it doesn't always mean he get's rewarded with pure obedience.

He is very short man that gives a clean and healthy look, a face that makes him look younger than he is with blue eyes that look trustworthy. Sally has almost only clean white fur with the exception on dark fur on his nose bridge and the tip of his fluffy tail. He dresses in formal shirts and is rarely unseen without his leather bracelet. He gives an office look and dresses in cool, dark colors mostly.
Backstory
Sally
Sally used to live as an adopted son in Australia with his friendly mom Darcus. Her boyfriend she wanted to have Sally with left shortly after however and left all the burden to her. The young fox turned out to be a very uncomplicated son howevery admiring his strong and interesting mom. Watching crime TV with her and seeing how honorable the American spirit seemed to be, Sally decided in his young adulthood to leave his country and move to the US. There he started an occupation as bartender, the money he earned wasn't enough to bring him out of hard financial problems the area he lived in.
When one night however a police officer asked him for an interview regarding a crime that was supposed to have happened nearby, this officer turned out be a criminal trying to assault the young man. A mysterious man however saved him with a gunshot, a timber wolf names Lupo. Sally owed him his life and offered anything, however Lupo decided to force him into joining his organization, the cartel. Sally would get however a lot of financial help and the free wish to choose what ever occupation he wants to work as while being in the cartel. After some time, Sally agreed and told him, that if he can't be a true police man, he wanted to be one chasing for other corrupt ones. Therefore, Lupo allowed him through illegal ways, such as faked papers and lots of blood money, to get accepted as an officer. In the cartel, he get's put together with five other recruits to form Team Capital. And he also became Lupo's favorite agent for unknown reason.
Relationships
Darcus is Sally's adoptive mother. Even though he grew up without a father figure that supported her, she managed to raise him well. He was a quiet child with a very fiery mother. She was hardworking and had only little money, yet he believes she did the best for his childhood.
Haliotis, short Hally, is the police student that Sally watches over. She really idolizes him, yet they are very different to each other. She is an excited young lady that wants to fight crime without hesitation, while he just cherishes the little peace during the breaks. WHile he can get annoyed quite quickly, he still likes her as a mentor and wants the best for her.
Lupo saved Sally from the mysterious police officer, that tried to kill him. Afterwards, in order for him to repay his debt, he joined the criminal organization that requires him to live a doublelife. Lupo is unordinary - And Sally seems to find a kind of father-figure in him.
