Sichel is one of the main characters of the cartel story. Under the code name Kyiv, he is the deputy of the team and substitutes Sally when the team is split. Sichel sepnt his entire life in a poor financial situation, married his wife Tara and together, they got their daughter Hina. Being a hardworking father, joining the criminal world seemed like the only option to finally get out of the terrible debts he has.
Sichel is well-intentioned, but slowly loses control over his life.

Personality
Sichel seems similar to his best friend Sally at first sight, yet can get much more impulsive. When normally calm, he seems to hesitate a lot truly calculates the best option to resolve the issue. However when under stress, he can openly show signs of that. While he knows basic manners, in his most impulsive moments, he can come off as a threat and truly scare those around him. These moments occur more often in front of his team members later on. From the beginning, most of them assume he is the best choice for a substite leader.

Sichel is a slightly tall man with unique fur patterns. He has white, gray and black fur patches that give him a completely dark back, eye lids and ears. His green eyes are pale, and when you get close to him you can tell his age a bit. He mostly wears dark jackets because of those being the old ones he had to wear as carpenter sometimes. His clothes can seem a bit chaotic because he himself doesn't know what suits him and what he likes.
Backstory
Sichel
Sichel was never rich. He grew up in his life with a bit below average life standards. As an adult, working as a carpenter he met Tara, who eventually became his wife. Since she used to work as a cashier at a gas station, both their money would barely be enough for the place they lived in. When Tara then accidentally got pregnant, Sichel knew he needed to find a solution. To protect his family, he eventually decided for the life of crime and became an agent in the cartel. Telling his wife he was hired at a distanced business office, she trusted him and finally the financial situation improved. However, the past debts of not only medical bills were hard to bear, the earnings through hsi illegal activities were just barely enough to always keep his head above water. Hina didn't grow up with lot's of weatlth, but the family didn't have to fear losing their apartment or more.
All this stress, fear and anxiety resulted serious consequences though. Sichel's mental health got worse. While not showing it really on the outside, spirits in his head get onto him and make him wish to end it sometimes. It is only rarely noticed by his best friend Sally when they share a drink and the lynx all of the sudden seems to want to drown all his sorrows in alcohol.
Relationships
Tara and Sichel are married for over a decade and always loved each other. She has always been very patient with him and was able to deal with his flaws, but recently, he starts to become more and more difficult. She is unaware of his criminal activities and slowly starts to lose temper.
Hina is Sichel's biggest treasure. He loves her more than anything and all his efforts are directed towards Hina's future. She is a very shy little girl, but she is always excited when she finally gets to see her father again.
