Dakar
Casper is one of the main characters in the Cartel story. Under the code name Dakar, he is the most aggressive member of Team Capital. Kicked out of his conversational religious household, he cultivated a rebellious lifestyle. Instead of getting a job, he financed it through ga,bling and criminal activities through the cartel.
Casper is quite neutral and can be well-intentioned, but doesn't care for the fate of those he doesn't know.

Personality
Casper is religious, however he seems himself as s sinner. A sinner that "sacrifices himself for the hellfire so he can purge other evil". He also does it cause he finds the criminal life extremely engaging and you can see his hyena genes especially when he starts laughing in an almost demonic way. Casper wants to feel threatful and puts a lot of his jokingly energy into it, an unpredictable man that is very not obedient and the most extreme version of the annoying kid in class. He has almost supernatural talents in blackjack and other games to gamble in and also very sensitive senses in perception.

Casper is a very tall and muscular man. He looks dirty and not very pleasant to stand right next to. He has a beige fluffy fur with dark brown spots. His ember eyes are very firey and insane looking while his eyebrows are extremely thick and almost dark purple colored. People judge Casper a lot for often going out topless, sometimes throwing a tie around his neck in a very sloppy way. He likes to wear big baggy pants that give an almost techwear like feeling and he sometimes goes a bit further with that, however he hates boring clothes. Casper also owns a necklace with a cross because of his religion.
Backstory
Casper
Born in a religious household, Casper was the younger brother of two kids. His older brother Marshall was pretty much the perfect child a family could want. Together the two played instruments on family celebrations - Casper played the saxophone and Marshall the cello. Both have been very skilled, however Casper developed into a troublemaker. He found his satisfaction in chaos, drugs, sex and crimes, that after a long time of fighting, he got finally kicked out. From there, Casper was homeless but didn't stop in his activities. Casper befriended a group of other troublemakers that are part of some gangster warlord group, the Olía. They see the police as part of the dictatorship and corruption. Casper was mostly friends with a member of this group named Lex. They sold local drugs and used a camping trailer to live in. While Casper found his big, almost supernatural talent in casino gambling, he fully focused on getting his money there. Sometimes he robbed his own, wealthy brother Marshall that was the only family member keeping contact to him and still believing in the good of him, however Casper would sneak back in to put the money he took away back and keep the win, since he still feels respect towards his brother, especially for still believing in him. He was also sometimes allowed to sleep at his brother's place, not being the cleanest and most respectful guest, however he really feels some respect towards him. Lex decided to increase the risk of drug dealing by going into other city districts that already belonged to other dealers, Casper had warned him and pretty much gave up the drug business. This resulted in a huge heist, the drug dealers took the two in focus and got into physical fights when suddenly the police intervened. They managed to both catch Lex and Casper, and the wild dog was told that if he admitted that his friend was a drug dealer, he would be free to leave. After three days of psychical torture from a police officer, he snitched on Lex and could leave. He has never seen him since, however he is in constant fear Lex will hunt him down and he thinks of himself as the worst for snitching. He thinks snitching is one of the worst things to do and he doesn't trust the police a single bit. That is why he has a serious trust issue with Sally at the beginning of the story and won't respect him because of his suspicion that Sally is a spy.
Casper believes, most of the team have a stick up their butt, aren't any fun and are too serious.
Relationships
Marshall is Casper's older brother and other than him, the blessed child every parent would want. However, even after Casper got kicked out the household, he still looks up to Marshall as he is the only one on the family that still accepted him. While they are still very indifferent, they still bear each other and sometimes Marshall offers Casper a place to sleep.
The shy boy Kenny works at Casper's favorite casino as croupier. For some reason, Casper likes to have him around and enjoys the company. WHat he doesn't know, is that Kenny not only looks up to him, but he might be much more than that.
Lex was Casper's best friend before he joined the cartel. Together they earned money through drug dealing but got caught. Lex' connection through the Olía, the gangster warlords of the city, is what always posed a threat. When Casper betrayed Lex, he never heard of him again but started to live in fear.
