Torta is a caporegime within Passione. She has a team made of all women. She has a small cafe that she employs her team at for cover. Her stand is named Nirvana !
Torta comes off as a ditzy blonde, some may call her an airhead, naive, too trusting and far too positive for her own good. This is only half true, she's quite an airhead and she's too positive sometimes, but she's anything but trusting and naive. She's mostly cheerful, loving and a little dumb, she seems to make people smile wherever she goes. While this is her natural way of acting, she's powerful, she just keeps this fairly well hidden.
Married to the leader of La Squadra Esecuzioni, Risotto Nero. This is mostly a secret.

Trivia
- "Torta" means cake, "Glassatura" means icing in Italian. Her name is literally Cake Icing.
- Torta has an apartment entirely filled with expensive pink, white and gold furniture.
- She's a little clumsy, very airheaded. She can be seen daydreaming in public.
- Despite her airheaded-ness, she seems to take her job as capo quite seriously sometimes, but she tries to stay easygoing.
- She sorta likes when her ditziness pays off, when people don't even entertain the idea of her being in the mafia.. Makes her more mysterious..!
- Has a fluffy white cat named Nuvola ! ("cloud" in Italian)
Relationships
Risotto is Torta's husband. When the two met, he was under the impression that she was a civillian. A very strange, airheaded civillian. The two of them seemed to bump into each other often on the streets. It wasn't long before they started enjoying each other's presence...Even more so when Risotto told her the truth about his job, and she accepted it. When Risotto gets a job to eliminate a target, he's shocked to see that Torta called a hit on herself, to reveal that she isn't just a civillian, she's a capo of Passione. After this point the two actually end up in a relationship, and marry privately about 3 months before Vento Aureo takes place.
Impasto is Risotto and Torta's son, he's determined to become a gang star.. Torta isn't a fan of the idea though!! She gives Impasto as much love as she can! She's obsessed with protecting him.. That doesn't stop him from rebelling sometimes though :(
Another capo from Passione and Torta's previous leader, Franc seems a lot more serious about his job than Torta. Their territories are actually near each other, and the two are seen butting heads often. Despite this, they actually seem like good friends. Franc isn't a huge fan of Torta's easygoing attitude though but respects how strong she is, and was the one who pushed her to become capo.
Biscotto is the youngest member in Torta's team. Torta adores Biscotto and sees her as her little sister! When out, Torta's priority outside of the mission itself is to keep Biscotto safe. She wants to teach Biscotto how to be strong, knowing that if Torta is killed in the gang someday, Biscotto won't be able to take care of herself..
Torta cares so, so much for her team! Her ladies mean the world to her! Everything is Torta's responsibility, she'll never let her team be disrespected! Has been known to go after men who make her teammates uncomfortable.. Making sure they never try anything ever again.
Prosciutto definitely tried to woo Torta when he first met her.. Mostly to get on her good side and make her see the team in a better light... (maybe to get them some Passione benefits!) Though the rest of the team kinda brought that down.. Torta doesn't mind though, she still likes Prosciutto, even if he finds her a little annoying.
Torta thinks Risotto's team are kinda funny! Though maybe she doesn't realise a few of them hit on her... She just thinks they're silly! Seems like they like her too!
