Millicent

After putting in her time in the field, Millicent Millimet is now in charge of administering the Kesseney Lake Authority’s latest project, being the main representative from the military side. She has a complex relationship with Kila, in that she feels responsible for her well-being but struggles to see her as anything but a weapon. This internal conflict results in frequent external conflict with Katie, whom Millicent sees as a necessary but restrictive moderator of Kila’s behavior.

Millicent has a commanding physical presence, standing 1.8 m (5' 11") tall in a sharp black uniform only broken by her decoration. She has black, wavy hair, pointed features, and is 14 years older than Katie.
