a monk-in-training under the god Honrai; he specifically works under the higher worshipers Honra and Kanmi.
he has a lot to learn and doesn't appreciate being out of the loop compared to his masters. as it stands they mostly utilize his amazing physical prowess for cleaning, cooking, and occasional labor/repair on the shrine.
now that life has slowed down for him, he sometimes regrets having felt the call of dedicating himself to his god lol.

he has difficulty controlling his appetite and is a serial snacker. not very good at sharing his food and not good at being told he needs to learn moderation. he uses the energy wisely so what's the issue?

he has yet to attain true fealty to his god and is not 'reborn' with a new name, though based on the convention of his god it probably won't change much from his given name lol.
