Theo Starcrest is a mid-ranking field agent of Ambury, field partner to Eliot Liu.
He is a Spelwynn native, having grown up as a thief and eventually mastering the craft. At fourteen, he stole an important magical artifact from unofficial Faction Velnura, and was then inducted into the faction by late First Lieutenant of Ambury Nox Everthrone. (Who was at that time Nox Vigil, high-ranking Velnura member.) Theo was mentored by Nox for just one year, as Nox defected.
He spent the next 8 years as a reluctant Velnura member, often stealing things for their cause. After the detainment of leader Valerie Vivify, there was a major grab for power within Velnura, in which Starcrest took the chance to run.
He assisted Lieutenant Eliot Liu of Ambury in a months long mission in which the two became very close. His involvement with Velnura came out (to which Eliot originally reacted poorly), but his crimes have since been pardoned and he has been inducted into Ambury.
