Personality
Lazarus is a cordial, well-mannered individual- Assuming you are of a similar status to him. A man of refined tastes and interests, he looks down on the common folk, suit and toon alike. He has nothing but praise for his fellow rich elite, and mocking disdain for those working under him and in other departments. His status as an antique has not dulled his shining intellect and skill, and he prizes himself as a gleaming treasure above all else. He is devoted to his own brand of yesteryear opulence, and encourages the younger generations of his peers to be just as ruthless in business as he and the other department heads had been back in the day. He's a villain, by any angle you look at him.

Robert approached Lazarus to be a potential investor when COGS was merely a proposed startup, and Laz has been a foundational member of the company ever since, although one who has preferred to stay out of the public eye. Has long encouraged Robert's more severe business decisions.

Lazarus does not care for Robert's quiet brother, nor his affinity for plant care. So long as he does not disturb them, however, Lazarus is fine to keep their own comments on the Ottoman to a minimum.

Allan and Lazarus were purported to have been aquainted to each other even before the founding of COGS inc, and were reported to have even been friends during the company's early years. Something has happened since then, reducing their relationship to bitter, fearful remarks only exchanged when certain Sellbot advertising campaigns are ready to be retired to the office. Lazarus thinks lowly of Allan's child but is polite to them in person.
Story
Lazarus started life as a simple [DATA WITHHELD] before immigrating to Suitopia, making a meager living as a [CORRUPT]. Luck would later strike on him as [DATA WITHHELD. PLEASE SUBMIT FORMS 35-C THROUGH 46-A TO ARCHIVEBOT HQ FOR INFORMATION DISCLOSURE]
Lazarus has held many key positions in COGS before stepping back to running the Archivebot department and handling the archival of all data related to the company, current and obsolete. This quiet department leaves him mostly interrupted, save for cross-referencing services provided to the Lawbot Department and the general retirement of documents he oversees from all departments.
Thanks to his investments outside of COGS inc, Lazarus has a handpicked group of managers under his own employ. Previously, he had them out on remote assignments relating to his personal interests in history and the fine arts, but the current situation with the Toon Resistance to COG Nation efforts has caused him to recall this special team....
