Ruddiger is an old and hardened man living in Evanesce Heaven. His deep distrust of others makes him keep everyone at arms length with a cautious eye. He's got a lot of experience under his belt and seems to know more than other people, aiding the conspiracies he vaguely warns others about.

Rudd doesn't see much value in interpersonal relationships, he isn't afraid to scam and backstab if it's convenient to him, instead being a rather materialistic person. You won't get much out of him unless you have some money or valuables to trade for him to add to his collection.
