Weapon: A large mace called Mutilate. It can detach from the head and swing around like a morning star.
About: Zurran's family lineage has lived in Noxus since some of its earliest days. Upon foolishly meddling with dark entities they've yet to understand, Zurran's family had been cursed to forever serve Noxus no matter their feelings on any matter. Currently, Zurran is the only alive carrier of the curse, and he serves closely alongside the higher circle of Noxus as a commander. Zurran's curse keeps him zealously loyal to his superiors and he will do anything at all to secure Noxus, no matter how dark the deed. Even if he did personally disagree with an order, no matter what, he would involuntarily follow it, as that is the nature of the curse. However, Zurran has shown some form of restraint in the past, an oddity considering just how nearly impossible it is to resist such a powerful and ancient curse. Zurran hopes to die in battle, or at least to eventually grow old and pass away in order to end his family's curse once and for all. He keeps to himself and doesn't socialize with much of anyone, wanting only to focus on his duties and to avoid getting close with anyone.
Abilities (WIP):
Trying to make it that he is an anti-cc pick but constantly has to do damage to help him survive.

Passive - Condemned Lineage
Zurran’s inherited curse grants him the ability to gain a large boost of tenacity for a short period of time after reaching a specific amount of physical damage. It resets a few seconds after the boost fades away. Champion kills grant him a percentage of permanent tenacity.

Q - Skull Breach  
Zurran swings his mace down in a straight line, dealing physical damage to enemies caught in the line of fire. Closer enemies will receive more damage.

W - Heavy Lash
Zurran detaches the head of his mace, swinging it forward twice and stunning (airborn) those who get caught in the second chain swing. (He gets a little CC. As a treat)

E - Bedeviled Devotion
Zurran’s curse pushes his will and allows him to charge forward out of any kind of stun/root (not counting airborn). Any enemy caught in his dash will be damaged and knocked out of the way.

R (ULT) - Spine Render  
Using his curse-given strength, Zurran targets one enemy, lashing his mace forward and wrapping them with its chain, right before lifting them up and slamming them to the ground behind himself. He becomes invulnerable but only if he grabs an enemy; it lasts for the duration of the ability.
