 Appearance

Like the appearance of other sinners, Mark's takes on the likeness of the last physical form he took. He appears as a humanoid figure with a shadowy face, and sharp, snake like fangs, meant to reference his snake side. His horns are small, devil like, and glow magenta. He wears a dark red shirt with a splatter pattern on both the bottom and on his sleeves. He does not wear pants, and his legs appear as shadowy like the body of other sinners. On his left leg, he has a single shackle which shows that his soul is bound to another soul (Boss's.) His eyes glow magenta, and his pentacle is attached to his neck in the form of a collar. His ghost form is the exact same, but in appears as a blacked out silhouette with magenta facial features.

Trivia

The reason why him and Boss are eternally bound to eachother is both due to the fact that they died in a murder suicide as well as the fact that his idea of an eternal hell was to spend it with his lifelong abuser (Boss,) and Boss's was to spend it with the child of his wife's rapist, whom he had been made to raise as his own for half of his life at that point. (Mark). In Hell, it is considered an extremely rare, one in a million chance that two souls will be bound together. This is because the chances of 2 damned souls who die moments apart from one another and also fit the criteria to both be bound to eachother is an anomaly, though it is possible. Demons who have their souls bound together often end up teaming up with eachother and becoming one incredibly powerful demon, nearly impossible to be killed by others, or end up getting both their bound together souls killed due to lack of cooperation.

He, along with Boss, are considered low on the social hierarchy despite being two bound together souls capable of becoming powerful. This is due to the fact that they are not complete savages, and do not appear to get along along with the fact that do do not seem willing to harness their full abilities with eachother. Other demons, when they are threatened in battle, take advantage of this fact. However, their alliance they eventually form with [REDACTED] helps boost their social status a bit, as having another demon on their team helps balance out their indifferences.

The splatter pattern on Mark's shirt/sleeves are meant to signify that he died "with blood on his hands" (AKA, he committed murder in his previous life.)

He is not the best at spell casting, but he really wants to get better at it, both so his afterlife can be more enjoyable, and so he can have the ability to interfere with the living.

Since all souls are genderfluid and all spiritual beings are agender, this applies to Mark as well. Though, he identifies with male pronouns since his last physical form did as well.

Since his previous life had been lived committing multiple offenses of each and every one of the seven deadly sins, with little to no virtues balancing his life choices out, The Divine Council took no pity on him whatsoever during his judgement trial, even though he tried to defend his actions.
