Profile
Flynn is a quiet and introverted person, who prefers keeping to themself above all else. When approached, it often takes them a while to think up things to say -- as they frequently have a lot of thoughts in their head all at one time, making it hard to focus. But once they do start making conversation, one will find that they're very polite -- and can actually be quite talkative depending on the topic. On rare occasions when they make a friend who's managed to gently pull them out of their shell, they'll treat them like family; and will always jump in to defend them if needed.
They've often been described as precocious, and they love to put their time and effort into academic studies. Their second biggest goal in life is to be a valedictorian when they eventually graduate -- and their first is to get accepted into one of the top universities in the future. High expectations and pressure come frequently to them -- both from themself, as well as many of their adult peers. Fortunately, they're able to remain calm and diligent even under such standards; and even actively enjoy the challenge of working to grow as intelligent as they can be.
When they grow up, they want to study a field of computer engineering -- and anything relating to technology. As a kid, they've always been invested in how devices like that operate. Unbeknownst to many of those around them, they also seem to have a passion for hacking and is fascinated by the subject... not that they'd let anyone find out, of course.

- Due to starting school one year early, they're commonly one year younger than the rest of their classmates. They don't really mind it, though.
- They have two siblings -- one that goes to school just a grade below them, and one who's already in college by now. They don't really talk to either of them often, though.
- They closely follow a lot of Vietnamese traditions -- their favorite number is 9, as their culture considers it a lucky number.
- Every now and then, they hope that they'll get to travel the world one day -- or at the very least, have the opportunity to fly on a plane.
- They tend to vastly overprepare for things.
Flynn prefers their quiet spaces, and Amelia is the kind of person who can make a space like that infinitely louder within the span of a second. Her disposition doesn't mesh well with their own reserved one -- they're fully aware of this, and know there isn't much that can be done about it. It's not like they hold an extreme or intense grudge against Amelia for anything, rather they see her as a great disturbance to the peace that they're used to surrounding themself with. She simply isn't the kind of person they tend to get along with. Oh, well.
They don't particularly care for Asher's standoff-ish and bluntly rude nature, but it's surprisingly not blinding enough to make them actively dislike him. The only time they truly can't stand him is when he's getting into yet another argument with Amelia -- but otherwise, they're at least grateful for how quiet he tends to be otherwise. They just hope that they're never stuck alone with him -- they think it'd be a little too awkward for their liking.
Out of the three people they're stuck with in a search for the answer to neverending mystery, they can admit with full honesty that Lily is the one they gravitate towards the most. Perhaps it's her optimistic outlook on things, or how thoughtful she tends to be of others' well-beings; but they can see the two of them potentially becoming friends one day. As of now, though, they're a bit too nervous to admit that to her directly. They'll appreciate her and the conversations had between one another in silence, until then.
