| Personality: An tends to become the center of attention the second he enters the room. Extremely flamboyant, condescendingly dramatic, quite flirty, and very capricious? How An approaches and treats people is based entirely on his ever changing mood. There is nothing worth noting in this section. Just a lot of yelling, swearing, and one threat towards our camera crew with a request we change angles due to Mr. Hong wanting us to get his 'good side'] "Other than that? I'm fine. Just fine." | Chee Lun Hong | Father - Missing | Born as the first son of crime lord Chee Lun? An might have expected his life to be one filled with privilege and luxury. However, for multiple reasons Chee Lun at first didn't consider An to be a worth successor to the family legacy, something he instead considered giving to An's younger brother Archie, now Archer, when he was born. This filled An with a sense of animosity towards his father that was repurposed in proving him wrong by tackling the challenges presented with gusto. Becoming one of his father's greatest enforcers, An slowly built up his father's respect enough to the point that he reconsidered and instead let An be his primary future successor, something that An was feverish in keeping control of by removing opposition and reminding his brother about his secondary status until it was unquestioned. Of course, An didn't forgive being overlooked for many years and resolved to eventually have his father killed one day in other to ensure his rise to power; something that An began to suspect that Chee Lun was beginning to suspect. However, when raids were carried out against the organization and tons of its members were arrested Chee Lun had effectively left them and his son high and dry while he effectively vanished. The result being that An didn't have the prior court defense that had allowed him to stay out of prison. An greatly hates his father but puts on a show of being a good and respectful son long enough for him to die and leave him in charge of everything. |
| █████████████████████ | Mother - Missing/Presumed Dead | While can remember his mother's face? Things other than that have started to slip him as he instead has begun to focus on the here and now. He doesn't even remember her name. Simply remembering her as the person who was half of the reason he is currently allowed to exist. An only has vague memories of his mother but considers her just a thing from his past at this point. |
| Archie Hong/Archer Zhu Huang | Brother | Growing up, An was initially resentful of his younger brother Archie, now Archer, due to the fact that An was initially completely overlooked as a possible inheritor of what their family had built simply by merit of circumstance of birth. However, An resolved to reassert his position by becoming one of their father's main enforcers, giving up most things to focus entirely on that life of crime, something that proved to be worth it when An managed to become the primary inheritor once again before Archer was ever informed it was even an option and was now a moot point. This has, however, resulted in An attempting to keep Archer down through various means while they were both working for the organization via things such as bringing him along on dangerous or illegal tasks with the intention of getting him injured and or implicated and both unable to avoid consequences and make it so Archer was less likely to be get uppity about his status. An example of this being during an arms deal where An, despite seeing a betrayal coming, allowed Archer to be shot and injured before then saving him. However, after this An also attempted to keep his younger brother on his good side as well. Treating him as just one of the guys when they went out and partied. In one instance taking Archer out drinking and when Archer passed out during then dragging him to a tattoo parlor which, while he woke up midway through, still resulted in his brother getting a tattoo of a squid on his chest. This all went out of the window however when An brought Archer along on what was supposed to be a standard follow up on a protection racket the family was running. One thing led to another and an annoyed An returned with Molotov cocktails and burned the building down. Something that resulted in the death of two people and Archer running into the building and only being able to save their infant daughter. By the end of the next day the two had come to blows and Archer left An injured and needing a hospital while he left with the child. It was while recovering that An and several members of their organization were arrested and An learned that his brother had "died" in a car crash; something he instantly knew was a lie to cover up the fact that his brother had entered witness protection. Now in prison An's only mission in life is to leave and hunt down Archer. While An stills sees his little brother as someone to make fun of, look down on, or humor? Following the situation leading up to and his arrest? An wants to be the one to personally kill him. |
| Ana Huang | Adoptive Niece | Despite being responsible for the death of her parents and the scar that crosses her face? An has no knowledge of his niece both as a person, assuming she died or was otherwise no long a factor in anyone's day to day worth caring about, or that his brother had adopted her as his daughter. |
| Hong Sheng | Grandfather - Deceased | Not much is discussed regarding An's grandfather Sheng. While the basics such as prior deals, alliances, and how he rose in his own right, at least in the most basic of ways, most things have essentially been allowed to be forgotten as his son and An's father Chee Lun went about rebuilding the organization under him following his murder. He knows a little bit about his grandfather and in particular he knows how his father came to succeed him and keeps that knowledge close to the vest for later use. |
| Odelia Hong | Grandmother- Deceased | An knows next to nothing about his grandmother due to her having died before he was born and, much like with his grandfather, the fact most information about her has been allowed to be forgotten for the sake of building the family's business as it currently is. He knows some details of about his grandmother but otherwise considers her irrelevant to his day to day life. |

⭐ An, following his father Chee Lun, is the second in line of the 聯合漁民協會 (United Fishermen Association) aka The Hong crime family. While his role in leading the organization was limited due to his dad's presence at the top of the ranking? An was still a valued enforcer, often called upon to make sure that certain deals went down favorably for the UFA, to collect protection payments from particularly wealthy or stubborn people they were extorting, or "removing" threats to the organization. Following his brother Archie's turning state's evidence he was convicted on a money laundering and fraud scheme; the only thing any evidence could be found and brought up against him. He is now serving a life sentence however for multiple counts of it since the prosecution knew they couldn't get him on his more violent offenses.
⭐ An is a fan of wines, in particular he is a lover of white wines, with a preference for those that come from France or the United States. A good way to get on his good side is to send him a gift of expensive or otherwise rare wines. However, this can backfire if, even if it is a rare quality vintage, it is something he personally doesn't like the taste of for whatever reason. At least a few people have had bottles they bought him smashed over their heads after he allowed himself to pour a glass to sample it.
⭐ An has had a mastectomy to remove his breasts and has been on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) for sometime. While he was briefly off it for the trial? He has been allowed to continue it while in prison. An has no plans for SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery)
⭐ An, prior to being arrested, had a security team assigned to him. One that he, in particular, took a vested interest in maintaining. An often personally interviewed and questioned every member of his security staff with such detail that he knew just about everything about them. A detail An was particular proud of because it meant that he often had ways of going after them in the event they decided to go rogue, something that never happened, due to the fact that his security detail was more afraid of him than any outside force. There was never any talk about going against him however.
⭐ An, while in prison, has successfully managed to bribe, threaten, or flirt his way into getting all manner of creature comforts for his cell. While he doesn't have access to the internet he does have everything from a canopy bed, to a television, to even someone who gets him food from the outside rather than what is made in the prison's kitchen. A warden attempted to remove these luxuries in response to An attacking another inmate. The warden died in a car crash a few days later. His successor returned everything An had had taken.
⭐ An knows that his brother Archie is alive, however, he plays dumb and hasn't taken any attempt to find and kill him. Not because he doesn't want to hurt his brother but instead the exact opposite. In An's mind? If anyone is going to find and kill his brother? It will be him. He's not going to pay someone else to take that from him.
⭐ An has a predilection of sitting in the laps of guys he finds cute, often staying there, using them as furniture. Often times he will stay there until he needs to do something, he grows bored, sees someone more interesting, or decides to actively flirt with them; using the method more or less as a way of staking claims on a guy and making sure others around him know.
⭐ An is a major hip hop and rap fan. While there are local artists he loves. He's generally very favorable of other major artists in the field.
⭐ An has a food palate that can best be described as strange at times. While he isn't above eating food made by top quality chefs, drinking fancy wines, and savoring all manner of expensive and well made delicacies? It also isn't uncommon for him to do things like drinking coffee with salt in it or dipping Oreos in a glass of wine. While he does do it mostly for himself, if people call it out as strange he tends to double down and often indulge in the strange food combinations until he makes himself sick.
