Nivean is often difficult to see in the winter environment he resides in. He is albino, his skin and hair both white, making his light blue eyes really stand out. His ears are slightly pointed. 

He tends to wear traditional outfits. This can often include sandals, which might surprise some at first, but he is often seen hovering above the ground. If he were to ever wish to walk among humans, he has no problem wearing something more on the formal side.

Nivean is as cold as the winter that surrounds him. He doesn't talk much, preferring to be by himself. He tends to turn and walk the other way at the sight of a person coming to interact with him. 

Despite his whole life revolving around the winter wonderland he is to take care of, he loves the coolness and calmness of the snow. The snow is the one thing that could get him to open up, as it is basically his pride and joy.
