Your name is Helio of the Dekanuchan, and you are the son of a Tinkaton and a Grimmsnarl. What makes you special is that you are the only son of Titania the Tinkaton, the previous head of the craft division of the Union. While the role was passed down to Raine Anima, you aren't all that bothered by that. In the end, this gave you more of a excuse for your mother to spend more time with you and honestly that makes you happy. Mild-mannered, logical and a man that carries a deep love for technology and all things related to craft, you are a jolly Pokemon that carries no hatred or dislike of those that are steel types. In fact, unlike those of your kind, you aren't the type to forcibly strip a steel Pokemon of its parts unless they are already deceased. The hammer you carry is your means to honor them. You are a compassionate guy that carries a dream of making prosthetics for others who need them as you are a man that wants what you make benefit the Pokemon around you. You don't care about glory or anything. The smile of a Pokemon is enough for you.
