An ancient greek who was very stuck in their ways, Manicure was an olive farmer who sourced the oil trade. They were alive for the introduction of democracy in the Athenian government and protested this. 

Even after they died, they refused to give up their olive farm and instead chose to pass on the traditional skills to their nephews, hanging around right up to the modern day. Their existence is the family’s best kept secret, along with the ancient methods they still use to farm and create their olive oil. Due to the quality and exclusivity of their product, they source it directly to the local mafia. Mani refuses to pass on their secrets despite their insistence, but maintains a hospitable relationship with them. 

They’re just a grumpy old creature who’s had too much vinegar in their life and maintains a sour attitude towards everything and everyone.
