As Lisette's son, Ilya is able to use magic without the use of a contract or magic item.
While it's common knowledge around his friend group that Ilya isn't entirely human (as shown with his use of magic), the only ones that know the true extent of this are Lucille and Ridley.
Technically, Ilya can do whatever he wants with his magic, but the primary way it appears is ice-related (possibly due to his personality).
While Ilya is rude to most people, he cares about his friends and would do anything for them, especially Lucille and Ridley. He also seems to be quite loyal to his mother.
Ilya and Yuhi argue a lot and seem to have a bit of a love-hate relationship.
