Contract:
Lucille is a "Contractor," also called a Lilin (child of Lilith). Contractors/Lilins are marked by their red eyes. Only children can receive contracts from Lilith (the contract will end upon reaching age 18). Every contract is different and offers different abilities, based on the individual. Control over plants. Lucille can both control existing plants as well as create his own from nothing (though creating them takes up much more energy).

He (and most others) believe his contract to be with Lisette, as is typically the case, but Lucille's contract is actually with her son Ilya. Lucille is the only one Ilya has done this with.
