A guy who can be described as out standing in the field, literally. Rycan is the third adopted child and second son of the Stormclaw family. However, despite his noble lineage, he rarely engages in the political pleasantries required of his status and is found more often in the fields of Stormclaw, tending to livestock.

While Rycan is a dragonborn, his physical appearance is considered unusual in the land of Valora, not appearing fully draconic or humanoid with draconic features, which are common appearances for the dragonborn of his land, but instead appearing to have draconic parts fused with a humanoid form. Due to his unusual appearance, which many take to be a sign of the weakening dragon blood amongst the dragonborn, in additon to other personal reasons, Rycan hardly if not never leaves the borders of the Stormclaw fief. When he is not in the fields, he helps his older sister, Serene, fill her role as the Stormclaw heir after the position was unceremoniously vacated by their older brother, Nyx.
