Physical Description:

   Standing at 4'02" and weighing 94.6lbs, Charlotte is a semi-anthropomorphic Buizel. Her lanky proportions being a genetic trait she received from her biological father, whose identity is unknown.

She has an additional head tuft from birth that sticks out in the back. While it may not seem much, as the tufts are primarily aesthetic, these tufts are actually sensory organs that help Buizels detect movements and changes in their surroundings. Thus, this additional tuft proves to be a great enhancement for her. Additionally, Charlotte’s arm fins stretch out from her elbows, to her wrists. Their larger size helps accommodate her larger body proportions.

A noticeable aspect of Charlotte's physicality is the prosthetic she has in place of her right leg. Showcasing her flexibility and determination in the face of adversity. For despite this challenge, she remains resilient and embraces life with unwavering optimism.

Clothe Description:

   Dressed in a distinctive ensemble, Charlotte has a rather unique fashion sense that aligns with her adventurous spirit. She wears a waist-length, open lab coat-style jacket in a dark green color that has an additional yellow collar. Adding a touch of casual, yet stylish flair to her overall look. It’s important to note that her fins stick out of the jacket’s sleeves.

Beneath it, she dons a Casal-ish colored one-piece swimsuit, fitted with shorts. This vibrant swimsuit complements her energetic personality, and serves as a practical choice for spontaneous aquatic activities or relaxing moments on the beach. The swimsuit’s shorts go down halfway across her thighs (not at the kneecaps; the middle of the thighs).

To complete her ensemble, she wears brown sandals that accompany her on her many escapades, for both comfort and ease of movement. The flotation sac she adorns around her neck is a pure white color; a unique and distinctive touch that adds to her appearance. The sac sticks halfway up out of her jacket’s collar. Additionally, she wears light gray gloves that have holes on the back of them, enhancing her style with a touch of individuality.

Personality Summary:

   In terms of personality, Charlotte offers a range of interesting traits. She can be described as occasionally talkative and perhaps slightly sassy at times. But overall, shows a rather friendly and energetic side that displays what her character is all about. Although, she may sometimes experience moments of stress and anxiety. Self-doubting herself on things such as whether people truly like her, or if they find her annoying and insufferable to deal with. These moments typically come and go rather quickly, however.

Driven by curiosity and a thirst for adventure, Charlotte eagerly seeks opportunities to learn and grow. She possesses an insatiable desire for knowledge, even taking matters into her own hands whenever she finds it necessary. However, her periodic clumsiness may sometimes lead her getting into unanticipated trouble or potential danger. Nonetheless, she always manages to get back up on her feet and embrace life with gusto. Determined to make the most out of every moment.

Backstory:

   Charlotte originates from a place known as Calambiv Island, a large mass of land located somewhere in the Southeast part of the world with geography similar to Akala Island. From the moment she was born, Charlotte’s unique appearance stood out, not having the short, stubby body of other Buizels. And it would only become more prominent as she grew older. Her mother, Freya Donell, raised her alongside Charlotte’s stepfather, Rochez Meyer. Her biological father’s whereabouts and identity are unknown. It is believed that Charlotte’s rare genetics came from his side, according to her mother, but there’s no way to confirm it.

Sadly, at around 7 or 8 years old, both her parents' lives were suddenly taken from them. With their deaths remaining a mystery to this day, the cause of death is still unknown. With their passing, her older sister Sylvania, the biological daughter of Rochez Meyer, had to step in and care for her, not wishing to abandon Charlotte. Although grateful for her sister’s love and support, Charlotte noticed that ever since then, Sylvania hasn’t been the same as she once was. It's almost like her whole personality shifted. However, she’s chosen to refrain from questioning her about it, simply concluding it to be a result of grief and trauma from their parents' passings.

After their parents passed away, she and her sister faced the challenge of navigating life independently. Struggling to manage expenses and grappling with the burden of medical bills after Charlotte's leg had to be amputated due to life-threatening circumstances, her sister made the difficult decision to sell their house. This prompted the two to leave the island in pursuit of a new place they could call home.

It’s been over half a decade since the traumatic events of that experience unfolded. But the enigma surrounding their parents' deaths and her sister’s unusual behavior lingers on, shrouded with uncertainty.

Extra Information:

- Charlotte actually has a nickname not many people know about. ‘Chara’. Though it’s rarely ever used. Only sometimes by those she's close to or considers good friends. But even then, she doesn’t really prefer it all that much over her actual name.

- Charlotte got her white floatation sac from her mother’s side. She was a shiny Floatzel, which as we all know, have white sacs instead of the normal yellow ones.

- Her best friend is a Buizel/Litten hybrid named Carson. But is more commonly known by his nickname, Derral.
