Aurelianus is somewhat of a complicated character, at first he seems brash and self-absorbed, finding it hard to express his emotions, rarely leaving his apartment and only caring about himself and his money, but he's also much more polite and calm when he's around Agustina or the few other people he actually likes, making him a somewhat literal Jerk with a Heart of Gold.
