Staten Cleaver

A brilliantly talented surgeon who specializes in facial reconstruction, plastic surgery, and body modification. You will heal in record time, and look untouched by the scalpel, and he's able to pull of insane and innovative techniques. He flew through medical school, and worked on rebuilding anatomical structure for intensive trauma injuries and burn victims, and then later in a plastic surgeon's clinic to make big bucks. Patients at both practices would anxiously report their surgeon, Dr. Cleaver's eyes seeming to turn red right as they were going under. Despite him indeed putting in colored contacts to preform, citing this to be a part of his process and "persona", he would always deny this to patients and insist hallucinating right before going unconscious is to be expected. 

He has also been known to be difficult to work with, for both other doctors and his patients. There were several lawsuits when he was discovered to have been making changes in line with his own vision or adding… unrequested additions to procedures. After the law suits at the cosmetic surgery clinic, he transferred back to a standard hospital, but eventually it was discovered he was continuing to experiment on his charges, and had been back at his first hospital. Because of this, and some other incidents, he has been put on suspension from surgery and now works as an anesthesiologist at the same hospital. (Him not being fired and losing his doctorate is 100% due to conspiracy.)

He gets a way with a lot. Wearing a red lab coat to work, behaving erratically, talking incessantly, and being rumored to show up to his shifts on cocaine. He spends his free time at the clubs, and is a serial dater - able to pick up women with ease under the cover of flashing lights and thumping music and the haze of influence, but these flings rarely last longer than a night and any subsequent run-ins at the club.
