Waffles

Drawing Tips & Tweaks:
- Eyes are the same color as his shirt stripes. Light blue is the primary color, dark blue is the secondary/shade color.
- Paw pads are the same color as his nose.
- His outfit is based off of a navy sailor uniform. His shirt collar is like the one pictured (minus the stripes), it does have the two little stars though (they are the same color as the dark blue stripes on his shirt). His shirt also has a small slit in the back (like the one pictured).
