A man fighting to survice in the zombie apocalypse.
Lio has been working as a mechanical engineer for the european skyrail network ever since graduating from University. His passion and belief in his work contributing to the greater good has lead him to excel in his field, causing him to thrive within the safety of Venice. The zombie outbreak always felt so distant to him, that was until the maiden voyage of a new train model on a line being constructed was sabotaged.
Torn from his comfortable and secure life, Lio found himself thrown into the haunting reality of what life outside of the safezones was like. Saved from the wreckage of his crashed train by a man named West, Lio does whatever he can to stay alive and try desprately to make his way back home from far away Ukraine.

Trivia
• He's scared of thunder and lightning.

• Nearly drowned once as a teenager. It was a prank gone wrong.
• Agnostic, but practices catholicism because of his family and West.
• Very good at playing Pool and Scopa.
• Used to have a part time job at an auto repair store slightly past the bridge to Venice, learnt how to service vehicles through it.

Nikita 'West' Alekseev
Lio's saviour and friend. West is the sole reason Lio survived after the train crash and quickly became one of his main motivations to make it through the ordeal. Its not long before he found himself completely smitten with the mysterious man and makes the effort of trying to know him through and through.
Dr Yury Ivanov
Lio's Friend of dubious morals. Her meeting with Lio was not a positive experience, but regardless of that Lio saw through her potential and offered the friendly companionship that she craved.
Enzo Loredan
Lio's controlling ex-boyfriend.
They were together during University, having met in overlapping classes. Lio was drawn to Enzo initially because of his willingness to tolerate his workaholic nature, though Enzo generally treated him quite poorly otherwise. Lio ended their relationship after he caught Enzo going through his phone and sending out texts to cancelling plans he had made in order to force him to go to an outing enzo wanted to attend.
Dominika
A foreboding presense. He does not encounter her much, but she is directly responsible for the train crash that derailed his entire life.
